NULLA Foundation

Proof that something existed.

NULLA exists to preserve the minimal proof that something existed at a given moment in time.

We do not store content.
We do not interpret meaning.
We do not judge truth or value.

NULLA preserves only the fact of prior existence.

Why NULLA exists

In a digital world, information can be edited, regenerated, deleted, or rewritten without trace.

As systems become mutable, memory becomes fragile.

NULLA provides a minimal and irreversible reference point in time — not to define reality, but to prevent silent erasure.

What NULLA does

NULLA certifies that a specific digital object already existed at a specific moment.

It does so without knowing what the object is, without storing it, and without requiring identity or trust.

What NULLA does not do

  • NULLA does not store or archive content
  • NULLA does not resolve disputes
  • NULLA does not verify authenticity or truth
  • NULLA does not assign ownership or rights
  • NULLA does not require identity

What is not remembered can be erased.
What is minimally remembered cannot be rewritten.
